Domain Registration
Registration Process
Domain registration is subject to availability and approval by the relevant domain registry. We act as an intermediary between you and the registry operators. Registration is not complete until confirmed by the applicable registry.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate registrant contact information as required by ICANN and registry policies. Providing false information may result in domain cancellation. You must promptly update any changes to your contact information.
Domain Disputes
You agree to be bound by the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any registry-specific dispute resolution policies. You acknowledge that domain registrations may be subject to dispute proceedings.
Fees and Payment
Domain registration and renewal fees are listed on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Domains not renewed before expiration may be deleted, and we are not responsible for lost domains due to non-payment.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
- Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Interfere with our services or systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate domains used in violation of these Terms.
DNS Services
We provide DNS hosting services subject to our infrastructure capabilities. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted DNS service. You are responsible for properly configuring your DNS records.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternetAdresse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InternetAdresse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
